Mae West is a stout brewed with Espresso Holycow coffee from our friends at Café Saint-Henri as well as vanilla beans from Madagascar. The coffee, coated with vanilla, is supported by notes of toasted cereals and a silky body. / The popular vanilla cake, filled with yellow cream and coated in chocolate, was invented in the 1940s by René Brousseau. Mr. Brousseau was then foreman at the Vaillancourt pastry shop, located at the time on rue Saint-Joseph, in Quebec.
